This place sucks the life out of you. Preached company quality policy is a joke. Driver not quality. Collins / Raytheon, is the next Boeing to have a major safety issue.

- Good pay starting out of career, (promotions are few and far % increase is often below market) - The technicians and assemblers are dedicated and great people to work with - Freedom to identify problems and lead improvements - Company is large and has many different opportunities across the US

- Culture and values on paper look great but are not implemented - Pay practices have aligned with below median for the area, Team members have left from assembling and testing complex circuit boards to making more down the street at the McDonalds. - Legal visited to provide information to leaders on company benefits and how the company does the work unions used to do (red flag when a slide labeled union stickers, hats, flyers as paraphernalia to look out for. - Cultural expectation for lunch at your desk while working - Leadership changes frequently with different visions for the site - Although there is a focus on DEI organizationally and in practice this is not evident
