Wide range of experience working on different areas of EE specialties (cable, PCB, system design) through entire product life cycle. Most of the peers are nice, helpful and great to work with.

Cons

Most of the Leadership is disconnected and doesn't know what is going on within programs.

Fast pace, very little time to pickup stuff up, treated like you can be replaced easily

Easiest interview I have had and fast start time. (Less then 2 weeks after applied.) Most of the employees were great

Cons

You start as a contractor and constantly reminded you could be replaced when ever. No training, your training is following someone that has been there for about 3-6 months. You need to follow their policies but they refuse to provide you a copy of said polices with the reason "We can't provide that to contractors." So management is getting mad at you constantly asking if XYZ is in policy saying "You should know this." but then refusing to give you details about the policy.
