Recuitment procedure is strange. The staff had never able to answer me single question immediately. After I noticed I was offered. They ask me to sign a “offer letter” as employment contract which stated my position and salary. I had to ask the staff to present me the terms verbally before I signed the “contract”. SAP not able to set up over a week since I onboarded. I got nothing to do. I can only doing simple tasks. Then they terminated the employment because of my “poor working attitude”. But I was not able to work due to the delay of SAP account set up. And also blamed I am too green on aviation industry which I declared clearly either my resume or interview. And also making false accusations which are not based on facts which try to make their termination reasonable. So disgusting.

they want you to understand nearly everything about these complicated machinery and then you wait a whole year to get a measly pay raise Management is also incompetent and does not get back to you about something unless you press them about it
