The benefits are pretty good starting with 2 weeks PTO and an additional 8 days sick leave, company also contributes to HSA at the start of every year

Cons

Management changes frequently with few good leaders. Environment gets very cliquey and you will get singled out for any minor mistakes.

401k Match and RTX Stock Plans are good on day one. The production associates are the main driving force of the company.

Cons

Site is run like the 1960's. Hasn't innovate since then and burning cash due to lack of leadership making morale very low amongst the associates. Pay could be better for such a rich company.
