This company seems engineer heavy compared to other industries I've been in. They certainly go out of there way to make engineers feel valued and they put effort into team building. The workload is adequate and work life balance is good.

Cons

Not really any opportunity to make extra money in bonuses over overtime.

Now no Pros, They know that in avionics very less product based companies are there so they wont give good salary, i can say even worst that some service based company. Only for name shake Collins Aerospace is product based.

No Ethics, No Moral, bad culture, I guess worst company, I will request frsher don't choose you career with Collins Aerospace, better that this try some difference domain and diff company

Competitive salary. Friendly work environment with team building activities.

Cons

Will require you to work over 40 hours without question. Cut sick time by 70% in 2023. Company consistently agrees to unrealistic deadlines and schedules. Management does not empower you or support you.
