      Ever since Rockwell Collins and then UTC acquisitions, EVERYTHING is a mess!!

      Pros

      A paycheck, if you get one. Ever since UTC outsourced payroll with a third party, the whole payroll system is upside down. And they could care less when you get paid.

      Cons

      Their customer service (also outsourced to a third party) is a maze of tiers. People Services just escalates to departments that don't have the resources to solve your problem and then it keeps going in circles.

      The things you work on are definitely interesting

      Cons

      The executive management team has been systematically cutting benefits for former Rockwell Collins employees after the merger. Namely, a pay cut that goes into effect in 2020 by removing a bonus plan that used to be in place.
