      Bad onboarding, you stay 6 months on bank and no one explains to you anything. And have to conect every day without no response and activities assigned to you

      Pros

      - I started the role remotely due to the pandemic and Tigerspike made the entire experience very easy (hardware and logins provided in a timely manner) - Entire team is friendly and approachable - Engineering team are very knowledgeable and they like to teach you new things - There is a massive effort to keep employees social with remote, quizzes, cooking lessons and yoga
