      Good, not bad. Room for improvement

      Pros

      No one lost their job at the time of pandemic. Work is quite easy. One can have great life balance, between work and personal life. People are helpful. Company policies are employee oriented.

      Cons

      Low pay scale (Salary increases at a very lower rate) Very slow when it comes to promotion. Keeps a person on temp roles for a very long period. Paper work is slow when comes to promotion to annual increase in salary. Still works on Desktops instead of Laptops.
