Pros

Provided tools and paid training, easy money for entry-level positions, promote from within.

Cons

No work/life balance as shifts are bid, so if you're lucky you'll get your shift of choice every certain timeframe Many contradictories. Management is all over the place, everyone tried to imply the "rules" but no communications between them.

Pros

No redeeming features whatsoever. Handing in notice

Cons

Bad training. Lack of support Overbearing managers. Micro managed in the most draconian manner. Floor manager a braying overbearing power-crazed despot. Horrible atmosphere. Constant revolving door of staff. Unable to get any time off. Shift patterns unreasonable and hours that must contravene working time directive. Pay OFTEN SHORT.
