Pros

I had spent 2 years with concentrix both as an RTA and as an agent. Whilst I was an agent I had an excellent Team leader who took a lot of effort into helping me progress into RTA. I feel like he tried very hard to help me improve personally and professionally into the person that I am today. I feel as though the hours that I had benefited me as it allowed me to do things before and after work and our rotas was usually out weeks before hand meaning I was able to plan ahead. When any mistakes and issues arose from myself I was always given positve critism to make sure that I was able to progress and rectify the mistakes that I did have. Concentrix is a place for giving chances so they dont just get rid of you or not try with you even if you have made mistakes on a regular basis, if they feel like you are trying to improve yourself or even try and get promoted they will try everything that they can to help you to do this but you have to be the one to show your determation. I have gained many personal close friends in concentrix and this is something I am greatful for. Some of the other perks although many did complain of a bad wage there was a bonus structure in place which was there with realistic targets which helped boost your wage. Whilst I worked with concentrix one thing they did try and keep in place was ttrying to help agents to have more of a social aspect but putting into place a zoom canteen and some quizzes at the end of the work day so people could unwind. This was something that was not appreicated by many even though a wonderful amount of effort was put into this. I would defo recommend this comany to someone who is looking to start a career within the call center enviroment as this does have progression and is a fantastic starting place

Cons

like any job there is cons. during my time as an rta i was working in a small group which allowed for us to work together more often to have all of the coverage in place. This could be quite hard due to a clash with people I did work with which is not the fault of the company itself but more of an individual issues which could not be recitieid,. I left concentrix not because of any cons in the comapany but due to the ending of a contract I was able to find another job which suited me better, I would still be at concentrix now if this did not end. Sometimes with people giving critism although this was generally positive critism I did have some of the times with negative which made it harder for me to actually keep the confidence that I once had in the job but I feel again this was just something with one particular person.
