      Pros

      I'm just so happy I got out of this company.

      Cons

      -First is Salary,is not competitive as what other companies are offering nowadays considering the type of account they're handling. They will tell you it is depending on your annual performance , then you give them a good score (1 or 2+) then you'll get an increase of roughly around Php600. -Second, forced OT. You're almost done with your shift then suddenly an update with your schedule will pop up and boooom! A 30mins ot will be plotted. After the 30mins ot, you still have to stay and be forced to attend team huddle even if you're totally drained. - Third, politics politics politics... it's all over the company. if they don't like you personally, then you'll be stuck down there even if you give them outstanding performance It won't mean a thing. What 'they' want is a 'yes boss' employee who just say 'yes' to all their demands. Even if it's too imposible to attain -Fourth, going against the Labor code. I have had a colleague who got terminated without having proper investigation. Was never even given an opportunity to be on a hearing to defend themselves. -This is not a people company.

      pros... you work from home... friendly training though you didn't get trained for what you actually do on the phone ...then they tell you why don't you know stuff that we emailed you to learn it is ridiculous

      As nice as management is ... they are like used car salesmen trying to sell you a lemon they don't care about customer service they only care about the feedback from the customers because they probably get bonuses from the company if the feedback is good they don't care how competent you are anyways...if I were a company looking to do business with them I wouldn't

      This entire company is a complete JOKE this organization is overrun with poor, untrained, uneducated, sloppy, careless managers. The company is so overloaded with worthless monitoring programs to babysit their employees they are all obsolete at introduction and it leaves their managers running around in circles like a tornado Children who just graduated kindergarten have a better grip on realities of life and work environments. I have never encountered a more confused and out of control organization, never. Pay and compensation programs change every month. Complete Joke.
