" Pros " .. Are there any ? Just get your monthly salary on last day of the month and shut up..

Cons

Worst Management. Management centric Company. Practitioner as referred by the management are treated as if they come to hell ... Very less incentive compared to what is stated in offer letter. Insurance given to employee is very less as compared to other companies.. very pathetic transport service .. IJP's only for the management favorite. No transparency in any process. HR also hand in hand with management.. God Save the company ..Might be CEO, Chris Caldwell is shown different picture that everything is going well in the company . Unfortunately wont refer anyone to work in hell :(
