Pros

The people you work with are friendly for the most part and the site tries to make things fun. The pay is above minimum wage in my area which was nice.

Cons

Very inconsistent with rule implementation and shady business. Lots of favoritism especially at the higher up levels. This job is stressful and even when you are outside of it you just can't shake the negativity you take from the callers.
