Employee centric - Leadership and HR team always put people first and provide best solutions. Incentives and Internal funds - Client incentives are paid for the staffs and funds are utilized for team engagement activities. Friendly work culture - All the people are friendly, needs a special callout when the leadership team being so friendly with the Frontline staffs.

Cons

Transportation - Cab availability is the big concern as drops/pickups are delayed.
