      Pros

      My coworkers are some of the kindest most interesting people I have ever met, I look forward to being around them. I have immense respect for our client representative(Michelle Mock, she is amazing)

      Cons

      Within my department you do not get any appropriate recognition or reward for working hard. You get more work to do that has been handled improperly and reassigned to you. There are no pay raises regardless of performance.
