      Pros

      Great support to develop the job skills needed to be successful. They have monthly round table meetings with HR to better improve the location and experience. The clients support the individuals and offer trainings and ongoing communication to help improve your skills.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up within the company unless going to different programs completely. Which is hard because you would have to learn a whole new job basically.

      Enjoy being at home. I have time with my kids and they can see me when they want. There is also chances to move up so you don't have to stay where you are.

      I wish the pay were more, but the experience is good.

      Pros

      I love almost everything, place, location, trainings, salary, benefits, ambience, tools, gadgets, lounge, etc. 20 word is too much. Im done.

      Cons

      Some of the operations managers were incompetent. They dont know how to take good care of their employees. They just need to be a little more considerate and understanding.
