      This company has done well with keeping me here, they have people that I look up to and help me grow.

      Cons

      This company also pays really low for what I do. %36 below the national average. This is my struggle and it's hard when you get moved to salary and don't get overtime any longer

      Pros

      This company hires warm bodies. If you are breathing and are capable of sitting upright for an 8 hour shift, you will get hired.

      Cons

      I am still waiting for a pay stub from my final check. Payroll and HR are disasters. No one in "management" or team leads have any sort of management experience or training. Promotions are based on whether you have been willing to endure the dysfunctional work environment for any length of time. The hiring process does not require any sort of drug test, which leads to extremely low quality employees.

      Pros

      Higher management was recently changed, the new decision-takers seem to be more employee-focused, show willingness to keep the knowledgeable people within the company and to make work conditions better, to improve staff satisfaction. Nice colleagues, young staff. Direct management is friendly and responsible. Work-life balance is good except extreme situations couple of times a year

      Cons

      No home office possible, long hierarchy chain so very slow change if it all, health benefits are partly paid by the employee, equipment is rather old (chairs, desks etc.)
