      Pros

      Fun, friendly environment. Low-key, laid-back, good people in general, good benefits structure, and flexible dress code/hours.

      Cons

      Disorganized is the name of the game. In 2 years with the business I never saw payroll done correctly. Tasks aren't communicated well from senior level staff, so even if your manager rocks, almost everything is a "firedrill"... there is always someone at the top who isn't being transparent with what needs to be done. Pay rates are also well below average. No good performance review structure. Poorly equipped staff don't receive what they need to do their jobs well (tools/programs).

      Working at Concentrix was rewarding because of the cool incentives, great and quick promotion opportunities available, hands on training and healthy competition amongst teams.

      Cons

      Working at Concentrix I quickly became aware of how unorganized they are. There were many times where payroll would screw up time cards and pay checks.
