Easy availability of job for new comers. Charged work environment coz of many gals around.

Cons

Trainers need lot and lots of training. Managers need to stop bragging. Payroll is a bad joke. Poor or bad UI tools available.

Great work environment, weekends off and 28 days paid holiday per year. Team is fantastic and very easy to get along with.
