Woeful hours, underpaid,management clueless, a lot of favouritism shown. Systems always down.

Great company to work for. Offers benefits, and allows time off the phones for stress relieving activities.

Cons

Slaves to the clients, even when "contract creep" sets in to alter standards every month. You can be dismissed by the client and not by Concentrix management.
