Pros
The pay rates are okay Your coworkers make it worth coming to work. It's a job, that's how they threaten you. You can either do what I say or be jobless. So we all need a job, so you deal with the bs so you can take care of your family.
Cons
-The only thing that is consistent is inconsistencies. -No one in management will give you the same answer. -They all point fingers at the next person. -You can not have a life or family working here. -They make you choose between your religion and your job. -Management tells you one thing and does another. -They make you work a job that you are not getting paid for. Then when you ask about it you get in trouble or labeled as a trouble maker. -Your check will get messed up -The pay rate they promised you in July still will not be on your check in August -You signed up for Direct Deposit in June and still don't have it in August. -They don't have your check ready on pay day and you have to wait till the next Monday to get paid. Now your rent is late. But the company could care less. -Makes you do work off the clock. -Management talk to you like you are scum under their shoe. - No proper training, they give 2 weeks of bull crap training and throw you to the wolves and expect you to have high stats -promotions are done by favoritism - if you do not stroke management ego, you don't get promoted -oh and sleeping with management will get you promoted as well. -You will never get the schedule you asked for even if you have documentation. (Unless you are sexually serving management or brown nosing ) We really call it the slave ship.
