Pros
If you like a fast paced working environment this is the company to go. Basically the will give you all the advice and support you need to get your job done if you feel your struggling with the pressure. If you have worked in a Call-Centre before you will find it "peaceful", we where contracted for a Bank as part of the Fraud Unit
Cons
Managerial Positions are very difficult to get to, even as a Team leader, because in our case we where Supervised by the Banks " our employer" own staff, so basically "you where hired for this and full stop"
