the downsides of the job where the break times the vacation time slots they had and it wasn't really ran in a constructed manner the team leads didn't follow the rules an regulations of the rules we all had

IBM divestment led to CRM unit become Concentrix. Seems to be an organization willing to take on newer challenges.

Cons

Retention bonus offered to select few. No consideration to folks with wider IT knowledge and everybody were suddenly made call centre employees.
