Some good people working there. Not much else to say for the "pros" section.

Cons

Only a handful of the people there know what they are doing. The Amazon project is a joke. People not getting paid, 1/2 of the training is good, the other half, not so much. SOME of the Team Leads are good, professional, knowledgable and willing to help. The rest are there taking up space. There is no break room...it's more like a small room with no coffee, a fridge that makes lunches disappear (usually stolen) and vending machines that are high.

Cons

Pressurised into abusing those on tax credits to provide personal and financial information with no legal remit. Uncomfortable to say the least and more likely illegal.
