Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door. Recently underwent rapid expansion, leading to quick promotions to those in the right place at the right time. There are some great personalities that work there.

Cons

They are as cheap as possible. They don't give merit-based raises. You need a promotion or you're stuck at your starting pay. Little to no incentive. They will literally hire anyone off the streets, so expect an unprofessional environment. It's like a day-care call center as HR is always trying to deal with constant employee problems. Upper Management has no clue what goes on in the facilities they "manage". It may only survive because of the current demand for US-based call centers. It's definitely not a company I would work for for very long. Less than 10% of their employees have been there over 5 years if that tells you something.

Pros

Good work atmosphere Excellent technology used Good for temporary work at the company. Concentrix makes a good employer by its presence in more countries.

Cons

Bullying middle management, operation managers. Low salary, No transparency in incentives, Operation managers are biased in their response to employees. Too much groupism within organisation especially in operations courtesy operations managers. Bad employee relations. Bad respect to its contributing employees. If employee found helpless in finding new job, then they will treat him like a slave.

Pros

Really nice and friendly co-workers, management is OK as well. Real possibilities of promotion not only for Irish workers.

Cons

Salary is kind of low, just little bit over minimum wage (between £14.000 and £15.500 for agents depending on the contract you work for). They're offering lots of possibilities of growth and promotion, more than they actually have, creating also frustration among the agents. Upper management seems to take random decisions all the time, for example changing way of paying bonus (if any at all) every other month. I was doing "technical support" for Microsoft, which was more some kind of discouraging customer support. We didn't even get the necessary permission from Microsoft, to have installed all the programs we actually supported. Ridiculous.
