I have been working at Concentrix for 2 years as a TPR. I recently was promoted to BDM (Business Development Manager) to bring in new clients and be part of Concentrix and help build company revenue. Management looked at my hard work and it paid off. This is a far company to work for and look forward to growing within this organization.

Cons

They could do better doing a background check prior to hiring.

Situated in belfast city centre. Met some great people over there.

Cons

Worst management people ever. They don't care at all about the people working for them. Very low salary. Very dirty kitchens.

Very easy going and laid back. Not a high pressure job. If you do you job they will not micro manage

Cons

There really is a very small window for pay advancement. You can max out very easily.
