Friendly place to work. They constantly look for feedback and give you the impression they actually hear you. There are events and constant team building

Cons

There is no consistency , follow through or real communication. There is a lack of professionalism that is sacrificed in their zeal to drive results. Favored management is never held accountable.

Weekly pay, good friends, some decent managers that actually care about their teams. Free buns Friday.

Cons

Temp contract, never told accurate information relating to anything, poor computer system, poor management (mainly poor but a few good ones), no real career prospects or job security. No reward or recognising hitting targets regularly. Low team moral. It's actually like chimps at a key board.
