It is a call center job. Benefits were alright.

Cons

The company doesn't value it's employees. It will often hire people in bunches and then lay them off when not needed anymore. The pay was alright. It is a call center that values the numbers not the quality of the call. You say the script but it mainly boils down to getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Quality of service is not really a concern. When I was laid off they brought a room of about 10 people in to notify them and had security clear out the desks, which felt like a violation to me.

The pros for Concentrix are that you will meet a lot of different cultures and it is easy to make new friends

Cons

There are many cons in the sense of being a number with no options to grow as long as you are not local to the location where they have offices
