Cons

Some services or company policies are hard to implement nor follow, even bend that creates more irate customers, so with the agents itself. A bit strict to a certain policy or offer.

Friendly people to work with and environment is okay. Fellow workers become friends and they are humble. The place is not flashy.

Cons

Incompetent management. Management forces employees to work on rest days and threatens them with dismissal if they refuse to report to work on a rest day at least twice a month.
