Good and friendly people but incompetent management.

Friendly people to work with and environment is okay. Fellow workers become friends and they are humble. The place is not flashy.

Cons

Incompetent management. Management forces employees to work on rest days and threatens them with dismissal if they refuse to report to work on a rest day at least twice a month.

Pros

Concentrix is a conducive and comfortable place to work in. The facility comes with sufficient amenities.

Cons

The IT service still needs to be improved, in terms of hardware and software fixes for some issues I encounter at a day to day basis. The online tracking system for payrolls and leave application still need to be improved, I cannot access it at home anymore.

Managament easily accessible. If you are a top sales performer you can do well. Decent benefits for a low level sales job.

Cons

Your sales will all be over the phone so you won't have any one on one with a customer. Was top sales performer and still not a whole lot of extra income.
