-Many motivational inicitatives accross the company. -Transparent processes. -Growth opportunities

Cons

-Support areas need more attention at least on my program we have a payment issue at least once a month. -Santa Elena’s parking does not have any cameras. And the floor conditions are not appropriate for rainy days, this represents a big security gap for all team members. -Internal promotions and internal job opportunities are not clearly showcased.
