CNX believes in investing their Advocates future through multiple developmental options (Mentorship and intellectual) CNX is competitive with salary offers CNX Has long standing relationships with established clients and are continuously bringing in new business to secure the future

Cons

More velocity needed from the departments that support the Operations Team to improve on the value we offer.

Pros

Culture is great! Plenty of opportunities for growth and increasing your knowledge with our internal classes. Also big focus on mental wellness support- recently took class and became a partner in that initiative.

Pros

* Great career path for people meeting performance requirements * Very diverse company for all walks of life * Good place to work if you are just starting , or restarting your career * Open management culture, open door policy is visible in all layers * Hardly any outbound sales calls, most programs are inbound support * You get to deliver service for some of the world's leading brands * Bonus system for top performers * Pension and extra vacation days * Not the typical slavedriving you find in other contact centers.

Cons

* This remain a callcenter, there are client targets that need to be met * Occassionaly things get a bit hectic, stress resistance helps
