      Cons

      *Payroll, for DR, LATAM has to be more fanatical about their staff, the TL's do represent a big part of the operations, not only the agents.

      6 year stint

      Pros

      This is by far the longest stint in any organization of my 16 year career. Reasons are pretty simple n straightforward.. Job security even during trying times. I see the leadership paying attention to employees job security. Growth opportunities

      Cons

      Just like in any company, New joiners have higher salary package as per market while existing employees have comparitively lesser package and are not brought upto latest market standard
