      Positive environment, but unilingual accounts need improvement

      Pros

      Good environment, bilingual accounts are mostly nice. It’s okay for a first job but I recommend moving into a new position after the first 6 months

      Cons

      Low salary. semi bilingual o Spanish accounts have too much to improve. Leadership is relative but generally good

      Income is the only benefit, but not career-friendly

      Pros

      The only pro (for me) was having an income.

      Cons

      Although I’m thankful for the experience I gained at Concentrix, I don’t recommend this employer for candidates looking to build their career. They are constantly switching your “LOB” and a lot of times it’s very last minute. I also don’t recommend this company for individuals with a family or small children due to the fact your hours and off days are constantly changing. I would only recommend this company for teenagers or individuals with no real responsibilities. OR if you need to use it to get your foot in the door to build experience.

      - Prometeram benefícios como seguro de saúde na proposta desde o dia 1 mas nunca ativaram a apólice; - Ignoraram os Tickets submetidos sem qualquer resposta; - No momento da saída aquando do acerto de contas e apesar de ter cumprido com o aviso prévio na sua integridade, alteraram os registos de assiduidade registando ilegalmente 16 dias de faltas injustificadas; - Incluem cláusulas ilegais de permanência em caso de denuncia antecipada do contrato alegando abusivamente custos de formação, quando apenas fornecem o tradicional onboarding de 1 semana; - A gestão de RH é deplorável: Ignoram durante meses comunicações formais sobre erros graves de Payroll.
