      Pros

      I love working at Concentrix for career advancement opportunities. The culture is great and we come to work with a winning attitude. All support areas work together to make the company successful.

      Cons

      Hard to think about conns. Maybe that we only have one site in San Salvador and we should have more so we can have even more growing opportunities in terms of career advancement.

      Pros

      We are fanatical are our people and our client on a daily basis. We focus on engaging and communicating with all members of staff to the highest level, in order to deliver for our client but also drive our agents to earn the highest bonus potential.

      Cons

      I struggle to find a con working for Concentrix. It has provided me with a strong work life balance but also great benefits from the bonus and salary provided in my career development.
