      Strong training for leadership, but high agent load at times

      Pros

      There are a lot of training / learning sessions when you move to the team lead role; and it continues as long as you're part of the leadership team. This ensures everyone is aligned to the company's goal and essential for us to help our agents

      Cons

      There were times that I had to handle 15-20 agents for a month due to changes with the account. We still manage to deliver though

      Don’t walk, but run away FAST

      Pros

      The money you make especially in the emergency dept is top tier and this job is a good stepping stone to better opportunities

      Absolutely EVERYTHING about this company screams red flags!!! 🚩🚩🚩 From the moment I interviewed up until now the company slogan has always been, you’ll know your company today or tomorrow. I can honestly say after the first year I was done, but I stuck it out. NOW everyday I feel like this is the worst decision I’ve ever made. From the supervisors talking amongst themselves about their teams & each other!! To the hiring professional asking me if I have read the reviews that have been left on Glassdoor which should’ve automatically turned me away, but I honestly didn’t know what I was getting into so I decided why not. Everything negative you see about this company you need to believe and run FAST. Jail is more promising than the politics in this company with way more freedom. Don’t let the pay rate fool you because with more money comes more problems
