      So many experienced and learned folks, so much to learn.

      Not a single one I noticed.

      Cons

      Prokarma was good. After merging with Concentrix it became worst. Instead of increasing the package according to employee experience and designation as per companies policies they are manipulating with the employee designation. No carrier growth. Upper management is getting worst and resigning. Review cycle is not on time and not giving arrears.
