Hired by Concentrix for the largest search engine which is quite a complex account. It was a great experience working on a premium and one of the highest paid accounts in Cnx, I am blessed to have experienced the highs and the lows from the time we pilot & launched.

Cons

Concentrix is a very good company but the account that I am with and the top management made it really ugly. There is high turnover of top management (Director, SOM, OM). Promised promotion that was forgotten, toxic culture, gossip, politics, no transparency, favoritism, demotivating culture.
