Salary is good for newbie. AL have a lot.

Cons

- Super politic in Chinese market, not sure about others - Only when the TL likes you, you get to be promoted without any interviews - Almost every month have ppl resigning in my team, and seniors needs to guide new staff everytime - You can stay only if customer give you a good review, all based on luck - AL only can be approved if your TL likes you, although you had bought plane tickets or plans few months before, you only can get to know if your AL is approved earliest a month before, if worst is a week before.
