      I got paid bi weekly.

      Cons

      -Management loves to talk how they care for their employees, LIES - they only care about their favorites -Management loves to say it’s easy to get promoted after 90 days, LIES, they only care about their favorites, I stayed an advisor for about 3 years, and never once got promoted, even the last day I was there. Had got denied a promotion because I didn’t have the experience within the company. Yet they promoted someone that was within the company and no management background after 60 days.

      Operations managers from india are extremely toxic, speak in Hindi and consistently put others Down. They curse and keep swearing

      Pros

      You had the option to work from home, they sent you all the equipment you needed.

      Cons

      You had to have a camera on at all times, you had a certain amount of days you could call out then you would get fired. Overall the management sucked training was only a week then you had to jump on the phones. You had to work nights/ holidays.
