Training was so unorganized. Never experienced anything like it. The computer that are provided are not up to par. The managers are not professional, rude nor experienced. Anyone can do their job and have no experience. You will be micro-managed everyday which I don't enjoy and is very unnecessary especially when you working from home. You will have 3 meetings a day with the manager as you are asked the same questions over and over. It's very annoying want you to achieve unreasonable numbers every quarter and bribe the employees with money so that they can work harder to get those unachievable numbers. This company doesn't consider Juneteenth a holiday. The training just doesn't stop at this company, there is the same training every week and takes up more time than for me to work. It makes no sense. You have to go into the office 5 times out the quarter in the mist of covid and monkey pox. The system that concentrix use is very old and clocking into work is old fashion.

Pathetic leadership. Directors and AVPs busy in harassing employees to quit to cover themselves because of the aquisition Prokarma Softech and Concentrix. Who does not know head and tail of software development are technical directors there.
