Hello dear ex-colleague, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you are obviously dissatisfied with the behaviour of your superiors. We maintain an open and appreciative corporate culture and this should be reflected in the management style of our superiors. Nevertheless, our managers are also individual types, so that differences, antipathies or different approaches can always arise. In this case, it is essential to seek a personal conversation in order to openly address existing dissatisfaction.
