Always opportunity for various different roles, if you are successful at your role you are able to apply for other roles and gain experience and sometimes you don't need to have any experience in that role just because you work for them already and they know your skills. We also have a great Employee Discount portal with literally discounts on everything from your cellphone bill to clothing, etc.

Cons

Probably one of the lowest paid call centers now day unfortunately but as mentioned you can earn great experience.
