No learning curve, work here if you want to do copy paste job, enjoy office politics and harassing female employees,buttering your higher ups,compromising your weekends and planned leaves and want to spend more time in filling timesheets, meeting and providing updates rather than doing the actual job.

Cons

Concentrix Innovation Labs is a fake body shopping company, poor work culture including unethical means of employee monitoring. Management here takes personal interest in female employees lifes, their clothes, looks etc. Your mangers will force you to compromise your planned holidays and weekends to take up work not related to your routine tasks and interviewing some random candidates for positions totally unrelated, so that ultimately they can brag and get promoted.
