Primarily Remote in N. America.

Cons

Sr. Leadership is eager to take on new clients without doing thorough research. They will often make promises on deliverables that are either in progress or initial stages. Some Sr. Leaders lack communication skills. Leading by threats or humiliation does not motivate leadership nor Reps. The salary is also subpar compared to other Suppliers. Support Teams will often do the ground work but will deflect on Leadership to fill in the gaps.
