* Cheating employees 6 months hike amount not given, when I questioned Vice presidents rudely responded for my question. * Simply they are using employees and throwing out when not required(Use and throw). * After resignation forcefully releasing the employees without prior intimation. * LOP's also taken, completely Concentrix(Prokarma) sites not working properly. * I left company with very bad impression. I have all the proofs for above points. Management worst so I cant question them. * Please don't join Concentrix(Prokarma). They are not giving respect as well.

Mostly Local crowd so communications issues. HR Team is not active to answer Employees questions sometime they take 2-3 days to respond in Teams No onsite opportunity
