Pros

As long as they have a contract, you have a job.

Cons

They keep people who don't work. If a contract ends you will be laid off. After 8 yrs of service to this company don't expect a severance package as they could care less about the employee, you are just a number to them.

Pros

This may depend on the client, but the client I was fortunate to be assigned is a great company and the culture feeds through to Concentrix. In previous work from home roles I was told customer service is the main priority, BUT keep your calls at less than 2 minutes and follow a script verbatim et cetera, et cetera; NOT at Concentrix. In this role, for this particular client, they empower us to TRULY care about the customer and make sure they are thoroughly satisfied before the call is completed. It is great and extremely rare to have the ability to end a call with a customer that is delighted and you can hear that smile on their face through their words; to know you really made a difference in their life...no matter how small the difference, your interaction helped that customer. In addition, it is a tremendous relief to know Concentrix really has your back and the client’s back at the same time - they balance this very well. It is refreshing and I hope other firms take note. Also, pay is higher than average and training is very informative (I may have lucked out - amazing trainer). The benefits offered are typical and you are allotted PTO after 90 days. I would recommend Concentrix to anyone that is serious about a long-term career and is willing to be a team player.

Cons

Nothing I can think of, except some employees may not like being on camera throughout training

Pros

I am hard pressed to find a positive.

Cons

Concentrix Company is a disturbingly disorganized company to work for. There are mass problems in regards to their new as well as their old payroll system. The company recently switched to a new payroll system that left multitudes without payroll checks and without the decency to honestly answer questions about when employees would receive them. I was not able to adhere to the call standards. However time worked should result in time paid. This is not the case. The training program also leaves something to be desired. The Concentrix experi emcee was very disappointing, Training was disjointed and classified as passive not active training at times. The trainer conveyed content but the tools that were supposed to be utilized were either not available or somebtrainees did not have access to them due to poor organization.
