1. This is "The Best" employee centric companies that I've heard and seen so far in my career and it's actually practiced widely by the management team here 2. The team is extremely supportive here especially the management team 3. The opportunity to learn and grow is immense here if you showcase the will and skill 4. The engagement in the leadership team is amazing which allows a new joinee to blend easily

Cons

The work life balance gets impacted to some level if you are working in a senior position, otherwise everything is good.
