- Great place to learn, you are required to put on multiple hats, you'll definitely grow while you work here - Everyone is fun & chill, both inside and outside of work - Friday lunches could be a hit or miss, but its fun

Cons

- Salary was definitely on the low end - Definitely see a wide spectrum of work-life balances between colleagues, some worked harder than others

Being relatively new into the business myself, I am keen to speak to our current team and also hear the views of recent leavers to make sure I understand what is working and what could do with some attention. The variety and "great place to learn" comment is great to hear, as that's something I believe we should strive to help everyone achieve. It's part of the overall reason for wanting to work at Tigerspike, but we also need to make sure that the overall experience, including salary and work-life balance, are right as well. I'm certainly committed to make sure we keep this under review and really appreciate this feedback.
