      Pros

      The Nike program was great! Nice view and location. Some good coworkers!

      Cons

      Constant issues with checks and never an accurate answer as to when they would be fixed... constantly cutting hours... constantly changing policy from when brought on like no personal days... never did a shift bid even though we were told ever 3 months there would be changes...very unorganized.. systems are always going down and you still have to collect the survey score even though it's not your fault... you are not safe within the company!

      Pros

      - The company itself overall is one of the best I've seen. Good workplace, stream-lined business process. - They know how to keep you motivated (if they want you to be)

      Cons

      - Politics... If they don't like you, even if it's not work-related and purely out of personal cause (this is for superiors), they will do whatever they can to kick you out or make your experience hellish but within corporate rules/labor code so you can't sue them. - Almost everyone puts up a facade to make it seem like they're nice and all but most of them are either backstabbers, tattletales or brown nosers. Take your pick. - They do same-day termination for probationary employees if they see you as a threat to their mafia-like management through subjective evaluation of the manager. It's a loophole of the labor code of the Philippines.

      i was a former employee of this horrible company in Tempe,Az. Unfortunately i had to resign due to a family caner emergency. Upon trying to have my last paycheck mailed to me; HR informed me they had noENVELOPES. Are you really serious. A ton of employees quit right before Christmas because they did not get a paycheck. HR is a complete joke, and I have know idea why SAMSUNG chose this dumb company
